Optical center brings patient-centric care and eyewear to Sun Prairie community

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Shopko Optical, a leader in providing trusted eye care to communities for over 40 years, is pleased to open its new center in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The new location, opening November 9, is located at 120 N. Grand Avenue. Jennifer Caine, O.D., is joining the team at the new center and can provide complete eye care services, including eye exams, contact lens fitting, and diagnosis and treatment of eye disease.

“We are happy to extend our care to the Sun Prairie community,” said Russ Steinhorst, Shopko Optical CEO. “I know Dr. Caine is ready and excited to meet new patients and begin creating personal relationships with them.”

Dr. Caine graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry and specializes in primary eye care. In addition, she is involved in several organizations, including the American Optometric Association, Wisconsin Optometric Association, and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

In addition to opening its new center, Shopko Optical is delighted to expand its Project Eyecare program to Sun Prairie’s community. Shopko Optical staff will work with the local Lions Club to identify deserving children within the area to receive a free comprehensive eye exam and pair of glasses.
